Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on Prescription Medications
Cancellation:
BeeSmart Rx users can cancel any prescription request by choosing the cancel function though the mobile app. No cancellation fee will be applied under these conditions.
Cancelling of a confirmed /paid order is possible and eligible for partial refund under the following conditions:
Cancellation policy will apply as long as the medication(s) or prescription items have not changed possession from the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider or delivery staff to the patient or patient representative. This includes but not limited to the following scenarios
- Cancelling a medication that has been marked as completed by the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy provider and is ready for in store pick up.
- Medications marked as ready for pick up at the selected BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider but never picked up by the patient or patient representative based on the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider local restocking practice timeframe.
- Medication orders fulfilled and/or being cancelled during the delivery process as long as the medication or prescription item does not change possessions from the pharmacy staff or delivery personnel to the patient or patient representative.
Note: Once the prescription medication item correctly prepared has left the pharmacy area or changed possession from the pharmacy staff or delivery personnel to the patient or patient representative the cancellation process is no longer valid and it becomes a prescription medication return matter.
Returns of Prescription Medications:
By law, Pharmacies Including BeeSmart Rx Pharmacy Network Partners cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. However, if you feel we have made an error in filling the prescription, please call your selected pharmacy and notify our Customer Service, at 813-492-7726 with details of the error.
We will request special authorization for a return of the prescription
Refund Policy
Orders that have been correctly dispensed by the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider and have changed possession from the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider or delivery staff to the patient or patient representative are not eligible for partial or full refund. Please refer to our return policy section.
A partial refund will be issued to the BeeSmart Rx account holder as long as the medication(s) or prescription items have not changed possession from the BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider or delivery staff to the patient or patient representative.
For any confirmed/paid orders, that meets the partial refund policy, there will be a $1.95 restocking fee that applied to any account holder upon cancellation of any transaction for prescription medication item(s) correctly fulfilled by the selected pharmacy in compliance to the transaction conditions agreed upon by the selected BeeSmart Rx Network Pharmacy Provider and the account holder.
